BANDA BATUQUE.COM has
emerged in 2004 from the passion and experience of musicians that live
in Visconde de Mauá, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with Afro-Brazilian
rhythms. Playing MPB (Brazilian Popular
Music), mixing ijexá, samba, coco, baião,
maracatu, frevo, xote and forró, with a few funk, rock and jazz
elements, we come to those who like to shake and dance. We all sing
and dance our songs and others from Brazilian popular artists. We have
a digital multimedia studio and we are now working on our first CD and
DVD.THE BAND BROKE UP IN 2006!
