BANDA BATUQUE.COM has
emerged in 2004 from the passion and experience of musicians that live
in Visconde de Mauá, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with Afro-Brazilian
rhythms. Playing MPB (Brazilian Popular
Music), mixing ijexá, samba, coco, baião,
maracatu, frevo, xote and forró, with a few funk and jazz elements,
we come to those who like to shake and dance. We sing and dance our
songs and others from Brazilian popular artists. We have a digital multimedia
studio and we are now producing our first CD and DVD.
